Since our founding in 2012, our company has followed one simple belief: elderly people deserve safe, dignified, and thoughtfully designed care products. This belief has guided us through more than thirteen years of product development, manufacturing, and service—and it continues to shape every decision we make today.
At the heart of this belief is our CEO and founder, Tony Lin.
His story—and the reason our company exists—is personal.
Where It All Began: A Moment That Changed Everything
In 2013, Tony was visiting a customer who took him to a local nursing home. There, he witnessed an image he would never forget: several seniors with dementia were restrained to their beds because the facility simply had no suitable assistive equipment to keep them safe.
The shock and sadness of that moment stayed with him.
Tony knew that with the right products, these situations did not need to exist.
So he made a decision—one that changed the course of his career and ultimately helped shape an entire segment of the industry.
He began researching elderly-care pain points, learning directly from caregivers, and sketching solutions late into the night. Soon after, he designed his first commode chairs—simple, practical products built around safety, stability, and human dignity.
When these products first entered the market, they sold out instantly. Retailers scrambled to restock. Caregivers shared them by word of mouth. That early validation confirmed what Tony already believed: this work mattered.
It became the foundation of everything our company would become.
Our Exhibition Journey (2015–2025): Staying Connected, Innovating Every Year
For us, exhibitions are more than promotional events—they are a commitment.
A commitment to meet partners face-to-face, listen to real needs, and present the latest solutions we’ve developed.
Here is a look back at our journey across a full decade:

2016 — Dubai Medical Exhibition
2017 — Kunming Medical Exhibition, Zhengzhou Medical Exhibition
