On August 29, 2025, KDB Medical officially launched its September Sales Competition between the domestic and international sales teams. The kick-off meeting was held at our headquarters, gathering the sales, production, R&D, and logistics supervisors to witness the exciting start of this corporate challenge.

In preparation for the competition, the office was decorated with banners, colorful flags, and a reward wall, creating a festive and motivating environment for all employees.
Highlights from the Kick-Off Meeting
The event began with an inspiring speech from Tony Lin, Founder & CEO of KDB Medical, who emphasized the deeper meaning of the competition. He encouraged employees to unite, perform with excellence, and showcase the spirit of KDB Medical.
Both the domestic and international sales teams showcased their team names, chants, and battle songs, lifting the atmosphere to its peak. The host then announced the rules — clear rewards and penalties. Sales members received challenge packages, pledged goals by signing commitment letters, and presented their action plans. Department managers engaged in pitch battles, while individual team members also rallied support from colleagues through interactive voting.
